Here are some excerpts from the article:

Impact Wrestling champion Kurt Angle's initial test showed a blood-alcohol concentration of 0.091 percent when he was arrested on a charge of driving under the influence early Sunday morning, according to state police.
The wrestler's first test, conducted at the scene of the traffic stop near Linden, came back above the legal limit of 0.08 percent.
On a second test at the Front Royal police headquarters Sunday morning, Angle blew a 0.06, according to state police.
Trooper C.R. Scally observed the vehicle "weaving and driving down the center line" while following it for about a half mile, according to the police report he filed. Scally pulled the vehicle over just east of the Va. 79 interchange at Exit 13.
The report stated that Scally then asked Angle to exit the vehicle and perform a series of six sobriety tests.
Scally also wrote, "Mr. Angle's eyes were bloodshot and glassy."
Angle agreed to take a preliminary breath test at the scene and according to the report had a blood alcohol level of 0.091. He was then placed under arrest at 2:06 a.m. and taken to the Front Royal police headquarters for the second test.
Angle was released from Warren County Jail on a $2,000 secured bond. His hearing is set for Oct. 4 in Warren County General District Court.
